Aito products are produced using the power of biogas and without any unnecessary emissions being released. Even the packaging should please the eco-friendly: it’s made from ecological carton.

Are Aito products suitable for people of all ages?

The products are suitable for everyone over 1 year old.

How do Aito products fit within a vegan diet?

All Aito products are made using the highest-quality oat in the world without adding anything of animal origin. That’s why they are a perfect fit for a vegan diet.

Can a coeliac use Aito products?

Aito Oat Drink, Aito Oat Drink Barista, Aito Oat Cuisine and Aito Oat for Whipping are gluten-free, meaning that they are also suitable for coeliacs. The rest of the Aito products have a very low gluten content, meaning less than 100 mg/kg (100 ppm) of gluten.

Milk has unique health benefits. Why should I change to oat?

In addition to calcium, milk includes a lot of good nutrients that increase calcium absorption, among other things. As it happens, Aito Oat Drink includes just the same: zinc, vitamin B1, iron, magnesium, unsaturated fat and carbohydrates. That’s why it’s easy to replace some or all dairy products in your diet with them.

Is it safe for someone with a milk allergy to use Aito products?

Aito products are always dairy-free.

Doesn’t Kaslink also make milk products?

In addition to the oat-based Aito products, the Kaslink product family also includes the snack brand Koria, milk brand Maire, sauce brand Nordic Cuisine and water brand Vesi.

Where are Aito products made?

All our products are made at our production facility in Koria in the city of Kouvola, Finland.

How can the product packages be recycled?

Aito products are packaged using Tetra Pak’s eco-friendly paperboard packages. Aito Oat Drink packages, Oat Cuisine packages and 1 litre Oatgurt packages can be directly sorted into carton waste. The cork can be sorted into plastic or energy waste containers, or left attached to the carton and sorted with it into a carton waste container. In the recycling process, the fibre is used to produce new paperboard packages, and the thin protective layer of plastic and the cork for energy.

The paperboard band of Aito Oatgurt Cup is sorted into carton waste and the plastic cup to plastic waste. The entire cup (without the lid) can also be burned as it burns with a clear flame. The lid is sorted into aluminium waste.
